This homemade table saw is my second design of a
homemade table saw. This saw is designed to be simpler to build than my
first one, but it does not have a tilt mechanism. (The tilt mechanism on
verison 1 was difficult to build and align and needed expensive high
quality plywood to be sturdy enough, which is why this (version 2)
does not have a tilt mechanism).
I have produced a detailed set of drawings for this machine.
You can see a preview of the plans so you can get a
better sense of what's inside before buying.

A SketchUp model of the table saw, which allows you to view the table saw from any angle, disassemble
it, or regenerate each of the views in the plans by clicking on the 'scene' tabs in SketchUp.
The plans are in metric units, except for drill and shaft sizes, which are in imperial units.
You can generate plans in imperial units simply by changing the units to "imperial" in SketchUp under
"model info", but the units will not work out to even numbers like they do in metric.
